@therising1 Some men prefer the feel and flow of a skirt in Contra Dancing. It implies nothing of gender rolls or sexual orientation, anymore than a woman wearing jeans.

This guy is good! My mother used to buck dance right in the middle of the floor whenvever the spirit moved her. Women ruffle their dress while buck dancing

don't know much about flatfooting or buck dancing, but i watch a ton of it on you tube and paul is by far the best i've seen. he is fun to watch, he very much has his own style and that hard to find in any kind of dancing these days. more videos paul.

@cmnkngl Why not? All those spins and swinging your partner are more fun with a dress or skirt - ask the ladies! And there's nothing like a healthy breeze about the privates.

I thought Ira Bernstein was good but this bloke is equally brilliant, in fact he looks not dissimilar to Ira. I can't believe that all those other dancers did not break off from thier boring moves and start clapping this chap - they were just totally oblivious to the fact that they were in the presence of such greatness and moreover he was impeccably dressed while they had their puny limbs dangling from ill-fitting shorts!
