Bill is a great speaker on social issues in the black community and he's right on almost all of it. Why are there so many issues in our community because of the lack of fathers and young black men haveing role models as hip hop artist in which is failing the youth not only blacks but all racial dinamics. It's not natural for fathers to leave, it's not natural for 13 year old girls to give birth, when we take God out of society and the way of life then what do we have.

@ricorob100 I think your mixing up the two words natural and normal. It is natural for a 13 year old year old to give birth but its not normal for a 13 year old to give birth. As long as 13 year old females have periods then its natural for them to produce. And as far as giving actual birth, I belive most can give birth!
