yup if a base runner touches a ball anywhere that it is on fair gound (on the line until the ball dose not touch the line at all) the runenr is out for innerference, other wise in real base ball people would kick it away from the defence

Fella...had this been a real play, he would have been out for touching the ball. It makes no difference where the player is. It's relative to the position of the ball and since the ball AND his foot are both on the foul line ( which makes it a fair ball ), oddly enough, he would be out for interference.

there are a lot of mods in that game to include players excluded from the game. You can also change stadiums, overlays and such.
