The word eccentric had come to mind before but I thought, somehow, you'd take it to heart if I were to write it here.
It feels so right when you open a tin and the aroma is so enticing. Your satisfaction is noticeable so I believe a tin should be included in my next order from the US, together with some of that Meridian - have you tried it before?
@DailyPuffer Since opening the tin, I've read reviews saying that Logonda is a less complex version of Meridian. I put some in my shopping cart but haven't completed the order yet.
looking forward to eventually getting around to my tins of Lagonda, Meridian and Quiet Nights. I am a huge fan of Odyssey and Westminster. Abingdon didn't rock me, so I jarred it and I'll let it percolate for a while before I try it again. Lagonda sounds great, thanks!
@mlankton After a few more bowls, it reminds me a bit of Key Largo without the cigar leaf (though, frankly, I don't think I would have known KL had cigar leaf if I hadn't been told so). I wish I hadn't finished the KL so I could compare them. At this point, I'm not sure if Lagonda is a variation of KL or just superficially similar (GLP latakia flakes).
Thanks for the review and construction at school is good. Don't worry about the office because it's nice to see you can enjoy your pipe and work. No smoking in offices in the U.S.
I'm a big G.L. Pease fan and Lagonda is one thats on the list. Seeing your thoughts on it just made it go to the top! lol Glad to hear your enjoying it.
I hope you can post your longitudinal review of the mystery blend at some point.

Another creamy vid. How would you say this compares to Margate?

@KevP yeah the more I smoke Key Largo the less it strikes me as a Lat blend and the more Burley it seems.
