@DemonCrow10 I meant were his audiotapes in both, cause I barely remember hearing them. I must not have picked up much of his. I mainly just picked up Sinclair's, Atlas/Fontaine, that grace lady and lamb's. Also just some random people. Did you ever get that unstable plasmid that teleported you to this room, i think it was in the 2nd
McDonagh... one of the coolest characters in this game. All of his diaries seemed to make sense, as he's not one of the people that overindulged in ADAM. *spoiler*
That's too bad that he had to die... and posted as a trophy too. I always thought, "I can't wait to meet McDonagh who's going to be one of the living sane people of Rapture." I thought wrong. :(
I finished reading the novel today, which revolved around Bill. It was a shame he died. He's one of my favourite characters. The novel starts with the creation of Rapture and leads all the way up to Bill's death. I knew what was going to happen to him since I played the game. In the book, He tries to escape from Rapture with his family but gets caught and brought back down to be executed. At least his wife and kid were allowed to escape in the end. Tragic.
I didn't know there was one either until last week. Stumbled upon it on the Bioshock wiki. And tried looking it up on Amazon. So I decided to order it since I found a cheap copy (A fiver) It was delivered on monday and I had been reading it since then. I highly recommend it for fans of the series. It doesn't just cover Bill story. It shows what happens to the characters who died before the game. How exactly they died etc. It's interesting.
I read the bioshock book, and the story is about Bill, very good story. :) Just finished it today

Such a good character. Bioshock 2 took no initiative in making minor, yet awesome characters like McDonagh.

@Darkstar263 Hmmmm.... y'know, I never even knew there was a novel. Now that you mentioned it, I think I'm going to check it out!!!!
Such a tragic life Bill had, but he died fighting for what was right. Or, at least... that's how I remembered it.

thanks to this audio diary I think I've used to phrase "colder than a witches tit" more times than I'd like to admit

Gotta love the voice acting on this game.
I found Mcdonagh's most memorable audio diary to be 'Guns Blazing' though.
"Who does he think he is? John bloody Wayne?"
I dunno, that line just sorta stuck with me. lol

@666OrWhat
My most memorable quote of his would have to be in this Audio Diary. I no longer have this game and this one line has been in my head ever since then.
"Ocean water is colder than a witch's tit" LOL
