@abcasd1 This video is clearly about prpoer technique, not being heroes. I dont have to show someone whos hitting it hard proper technique, this is proper tech for beginners. As you already know ppl will start lifting heavier once they are comfortable but they always have to keep in mind that THIS>> posture is what they have to try and maintain.
