thank you SO MUCH for posting this. My brother, his fiancee, and their son are living in Hudson (straight east from the cities in WI). I'm PRAYING you guys are somewhere near that so they can join your community! So, are you??!?!

Thank you so much for contributing this to the It Gets Better Project! Each of the submissions are great, but it's nice to see one specifically dealing with Christianity and reconciling faith and sexual orientation. Not GLBT, but Christian and a huge ally. Keep up the good work!!
I like the fact that you guys did this. So many kids who are in a religious home are having issues. The kids really need to hear that they can be in a region and still be who they are. Thank you
I'm not LGBT or Q and this deeply spoke to me with all of my struggles I'm dealing with. I can't imagine the what a positive impact this could make to Christian LGBT teens. Thank you!
What a fantastic and positive affirmation if being gay and Christian - I loved the sharing and yes things do get better. I just hope many many young people get this before they make drastic decisions
@merker4president: Oh well, indeed! Judging by your video, you're a hottie yourself. ;) And one with a lot of great things to say!
(Aside to GLBT youth who may be reading: one day you too will be able to flirt shamelessly over the internet -- and in person. It's a pastime worth waiting for! ;)
I'm so glad you are posting on the subject of being Gay and Christian.

Deleted a combative comment thread and put comments on moderate. Aah, the Internet!

Accepting faith communities are wonderful places for healing, full stop.
Love the quote "it doesn't have to be a two way street". You mean it one way, but it works both ways, and is absolutely true.
Bravo guys!

thank you guys so much for this video
i go to a christian school where, luckily, outright bullying can be stopped
but the worst part is when gay or lesbian topics are brought up at school
and people treat it with an "i don't care, they're gross anyway" kind of attitude
or saying things like "oh, bisexual people are just desperate horny perverts" ( i am a bisexual female, btw)
it's just good to know that other's have gone through this and made it

To the guy with the long hair - you're adorable. You don't, by any chance, live in/near Seattle, do you?
