Dumbest shit I have ever seen done to a car: Rims that are way too big. Buy some rims that ACTUALLY fit and ACTUALLY look good.
Some "brothas" should spend three grand and buy a better car than a '95 Caprice. Here's an idea: sell the Carpice for $2-3 grand, don't buy the $3000 rims, and buy something like a '98 Mustang for under $5,000.
Or you could buy a 2003-2005 Chevy TrailBlazer for 6 grand...
Or a Chevrolet S-10, '97 or newer for an easy 3-5 grand.
