Been thinking about starting my own business, and im seeing there is a lot more to this than just spraying water on a house... If anyone has some advise, plese message me. I need to know what each tip is for, how its used, chemical ratio mixing, etc... I get the low pressure on siding and roof's, but what about roof safty? or not climbing roof's at all? etc... Where do you go to get certfied and is it really necessary?
Bleach are you kidding me!!! Oh and using less water is better for the environment. I cannot believe how brain dead some people are, you should never have to cover any type of plant material BIG RED FLAG! pressure and water volume are the whole idea of PRESSURE WASHING. And its called a steel braided hose, and if you knew anything each one of the tips you use have a certain degree like 0 or 1505deg. 2505deg. etc. each tips serves a different purpose applying soap, cleaning concrete, siding etc.
well, here in CA the minum wage is 8.50 so hes ok, plus all he does is scrub he doesnt get near the machine nor does he operate it, its clearly in his contract. think of it like this, when you shower (i hope) you just don't let the soap run on you an hope to clean you up. the same with a house, its got pores too, so just chemicals take you longer than a brush, but if it works out for you i guess its ok. well ive been in business for a long time buddy, i have many repeat costumers, just remember
@Rookie35m actually ive been a porfessioal pressure cleaning cotractor for over 10 years and while you are right that you CAN use chemicals to knock dirt and mold out will take you a long time rather tha using a brush. i have a helper that i pay 10$ an hour for scrubbing while i soap. we do about 4-6 houses a day, so while the m-5 and ladder saver can make you 3 houses a day i sepnd about 80 bucks for the help, but consider 6 houses daily at 300 $ each... thats thats 1800$ a day!! use the brush!
@futbolero4152 with the right cleaners, you do not need a brush. I guess I am not understanding how its faster to brush a house than it is to apply chems and then rinse it down. My chems knock down every bit of dirt and mold. You are obviously full of crap because if you were a legitimate company you would be paying your helper with matching FICA taxes and workman's comp. That would be more than $80 per day. What do you do to market and generate the incredible amount of leads it takes to do 4-6?

Last I knew the black tip is the soap nozzle not the rinse nozzle! Kinda sound clueless if you ask me!

@futbolero4152 that time is money so when i finish a house twice as fast as other cleaning contractors, you get the money.
