I was gonna buy the 181 today but I decided to buy the 109 instead. The 181 is made in China and the 109 is made in Japan. I dont like the way the workers in China are underpaid. I am underpaid so I can relate
Oh, good reasoning! The 109 is a great brush I am hearing. The 181 is super nice, but the 182 is a bit bigger, but cost more. Wish they weren't as much as they are, but oh well.
Im gonna use the 109 for the first time tomorrow. Ill let you know how it goes. I bought myself two mac brushes today. I lost my 311 :( I also bought my first lancome powder today but they ran out of my color and it will be delivered to my place. On a positive note, its DHL which is pretty fast.
Do let us know if the 109 is good! I heard they never use to sell it at Nordstrom, only MAC stores, but now I guess they do. Lancome powder? Did it get good reviews? How'd you know to try it?

I have both. I bought the 188 last week actually. I use the 188 for blush and the 187 for foundation. I also have the MAC 150. Just a heads up, I do not recommend the 150. My mom and I both have it and both of ours shed like crazy. I lose like twenty hairs from that brush a day, argh
We were so annoyed with it at first, couldn't understand why the MA insisted we buy it. Now we see it's good for blending, but the 217 is probably all a person needs for blending. It is good when you want to apply something like juxt all over the lid, nothing too intense, just a nice layer of color.

No, we have the 188, the 187's little sister. It's good for foundation, but we are wowed by it. Maybe we would like the 187 better?
