Whatever you do, try and develop your tone ....to a greater range of colour and some ability for greater projection in the second register. Rhythm might be more accented ...with more first beat emphasis , but I would be inclined to work this through air pressure/ speed...being careful not to let the note jump the octave....maybe a bit more work on long note study ...over a dynamic range as you may have done on the classical genre.
