WOW hey thats EXACTLY how I quit smoking too!!! People look at me like im an idiot when I tell them that! I been watching your vids for a while and just came across this and thought it was pretty cool that someone else actually quit smoking that way too!! It really does work, Im not just crazy :-)

Hopefully others will take this advice and atleast try it. If anything youll be smoking MUCH less with American Spirits, they burn slower and you wont be jonesin' for another 15 minutes later.

Well, I quit smoking too but the way I quit was just working out more. Given, I trained for boxing and that was more of a boost for me, but working out releases endorphins which makes you feel better. So for those of you who smoke when you're stressed, work out.

i quit smoking at 18 (am now over 3x that old). the key, i think, is to do it when a lot of other stuff in your life changes -- in my case finishing high school & relocating out of state -- so that none of your habits surface easily and nothing triggers that whole ok-now-it's-time-for-a-smoke reflex. your mileage may vary.
