  • AND PPL THEY'RE NOT FISHIN ITS AND EXPERIMENT...READ COMMETS

  • wats ur bait & could u show how 2 make it?..i think i kno bt i jst want 2 b sure...

  • hey, ya website is not working....

  • @Dragoneze000 sorry the server is down for the moment :(

  • @Dragoneze000 Server back up! :D

  • Is this called "Homeless fishing"?

  • are you singaporean? if so , where is the place ?

  • @iLuvBaNkAi this used to be the rochor canal but now it's being covered up by a road. I think there should be some where still not covered maybe near lavender mrt

  • @simontay78 do you like fish with a rod? and what did you do with the fishes? you kept it ? or used it as bait if you can o.O

  • @iLuvBaNkAi it's an experiment, the fishes are for another ex-project that uses fishes shit as fertilizers for plants. Aquaponics. :D

That project had been done & dismantled :D

  • @simontay78 most of the lake in singapore fishing is not allowed

  • 1000 more and someone will have a snack

  • We call that bait!

  • haha dude i used a jug just like that but i only caught tadpolles

  • So sad, fucking mexicans TAKING HOME BABY FISH!

  • @StarzXFP lol I returned them back to the canal for excess last time...like 3 years ago. Those I took home i breed them...with quality food & fish tank....but eventually still return back to the wild. :D

  • @StarzXFP fuking resist fuk, they prbly fuked you in the ears to know those are arabs son of a bitch

  • you guys suck those poor fish

  • Is this legal if so how do i build one? My local pond has hundreds of baby blue gill right off the rocks! :D

  • @TZ3z its not legal in some countries to put traps overnight, this u just need few minutes depending on your bait

  • @simontay78 what bait is the best bait to use?

  • @FishingTheBass I guess it's bread like I mentioned in the descriptions :D

  • Is this legal how do I build it?

  • Where did you catch the fish? A pier, river etc.

  • @callmoo100 A canal in Singapore, no longer there anymore thou...it's covered by a road now in Singapore Rochor Canal beside Sim Lim Tower & Sim Lim Square

  • @callmoo100 I caught these at a canal where sea water & freshwater meets

  • their so CUTE!

  • Do you think this could also work with small water fishes at piers?

  • @ElAzteca1203 I say maybe but you may need a bigger bottle

  • He just cut off top then flipped it to a juice bottle

  • Are you Chinese or something because I can't really understand you (no offense)

  • @Bronzeback134r Thanks for watching anyway :D Do ask what you want to know and I shall explain it here

  • Did you put any kind of bait into the bottle to attract them?

  • @mudguts Just white bread without the crumbs roll into balls in the bottle

  • Do u hold the trap up or do u lay it on the side ?

  • @mark01318 it stand up as the fishing lines are tied to the 4 corners of the top side of the trap. It's easier to pull it up without letting the fish swimming away. :D

  • i like how hella people think the plural for fish is fishes :) for those that didnt know its still just fish plural or not XD

  • nice catch

  • i knew it was singapore because of the green railings

  • Just deepfry that with some rice and sauce and youre all set :)

  • YOUR A CHEATER LOL nice tho but is my idea now LOL but you can take credit :P

  • how many did u catch

  • @crawdading Enough to fill up a fish tank full of it but I let most of them back into the canal at the end of the day as I don't need that much! :D

  • Where is tis

  • @blackshot2000 it's at the canal beside sim lim tower which now is covered by road...unfortunately...rochor canal

  • what bait do you use

    ?

  • @logancoolguy I had mentioned it on the descriptions & in the comments too! :D it's White bread without the crumbs sides, rolled into a ball. I lure the fish by throwing small balls of bread on top of the fish trap...when they gathered. After eating the small bread...they swim into trap to eat the big ball of white bread. Then 5 min later, pull up...water drain below trap so it's light to pull up.

  • thanx; I will try this :)

  • R u Singaporean ?

  • @okto1234 of course! :D yah I'm Singaporean ^^ u leh?

  • @simontay78 I am too

  • i've used bottles as well, they work just fine...

  • 19 people droped there camera in the water

  • @sixtyllama131O LMAO!

  • @SmittyKat 20 now

  • not bad

  • Comment removed

  • good way to get bait

  • @backyardbirdhunter yeah :D

  • too bad fishing like that is illegal here for some reason

  • @kratosisgod12 I think it's illegal to leave your trap unattended due to cruelty to fishes, but my method can catch fishes within like 15 minutes :D So don't leave it unattended.

  • @kratosisgod12 it's not for some reason, it's because doing like this empty's places. Some jackasses take hunderds of this baby fishes to use as bait and yeah they screw up the place

  • @irkekler123 technically that is "some reason" cause its a reason not to do it, i was actually pretty curious about why its illegal, thanks

  • @kratosisgod12, well you stated as "some reason equal to reason not known" and i made it clear why then banned it .. yeah indeed the bad ones screw it up for the good ones like us who just take a couple for there need and not more.

  • LOL SINGAPOREAN!

  • k cool thanks :)

did you flip it so its like on the side or just but it in the way it is?

  • @TheHerb94 trap upright

  • how long was it in the water for

  • @TheHerb94 The most 15 minutes with bread crumbs rolled into balls throwing just above the trap :D

  • im a troll FAKE AND GAY ALL THE WAY

  • @Remixx1993 no YOU just watch way too much ray william johnson... that's ALL.

  • "you sir are an idiot since neon tetras do not live in the wild"

LOL you got me to think of this one !

"95% of all americans are stupid, it's the last 10% like you and me who make a difference!"

  • @TheCichlidGeek You are refering to the 10%ers and yes I agree. That's why I moved out of the big city.

  • @TheCichlidGeek lol XD hahaha!

  • Ill be using this trick thanks!

The best fishing spot by me is known as Worms head 14 miles round the coast from me, followed by a set of rocks about a mile out to sea. Hear you can get plenty of Cod, Trout and Dog fish! Take the boat out for a couple of hours come back with a mass of fish!

  • retard stepped on the lid. Them fish do look nice but, like neon tetras!

  • @TheFabFive12345 I assure you they are not, google "Molly Fish" and you find them :3 If they are Neo Tetras I will be RICH! MUAHAHHAHAHA

  • you sir are an idiot since neon tetras do not live in the wild

  • @xXVMANXx1 hey hey no scolding of singaporeans...

    xXVMANXx1 4 weeks ago

my reply is they live in the wild in South America and are NEVER breed in captivity! I have heard of Texas tourists coming back with a thousand neon tetras in a plastic bag that rode the airplane trip in their lapps declaring their cost in US currency 5 bucks!!!!! What a great souvenir!

  • @simontay78 *killifish, the egg laying cousin of the mollie

  • thx for info but i live in tampines so i dont think ill be going there. Too far >.<. I really hope that tamban fishes can go in here.

  • @shahrin245 Fishing spots

Where: Lower Seletar Canal, Nee Soon Road

What you can find: Giant snakehead, peacock bass and featherback

Where: Jurong Canal, junction of Jurong Canal Drive and Jurong East Avenue 1

What you can find: Giant snakehead, carp and tilapia

Where: Sungei Tampines, runs along Pasir Ris Town Park

What you can find: Barramundi, barracuda and garoupa

Where: Rochor Canal, opposite Sim Lim Square, along Rochor Canal Road

What you can find: Tilapia and luohan

  • @simontay78 You said sungei tampines. Are you refering to Sungei api-api?. And are u sure theres barracuda therE??

  • That one you need a bigger bottle...maybe a bottle similar to those u use in water cooler types! LOL I hope to get those bottles to modify! :D

  • @simontay78 i have a great idea!!!!. i was just staring at the oil bottle that my grandmother to use in cooking. and i was like EUREKA!!!

  • @shahrin245 Muahahhahaa makes sure you clean it up totally & no oil left behind. Fishes may be able to "taste" the difference hehe :3 Maybe some detergent or something to clear the oil up.

Save the oil in some other bottle hehe don't waste :D

  • @simontay78 dont worry i will make sure i use the oil up every single drip

  • @simontay78 what ur gonna use the oil to set a fire and drop fish in? lol

  • Btw where is this placE?

  • @shahrin245 This place is the Rochor Canal between Sim Lim Square & Sim Lim Tower. The Molly fish there quite a lot when there are no rain I think, throw some bread in the canal and test water...if no fish means the fish far away.

The canal at lavender also lot's of fish, even got Japanese fish "tilapia" :3

  • @simontay78 well the holes to drain off water is a given for this trap. thats why i didnt include them. but its true, ive used gatoraid bottles, 3 liter cocacola bottles, large waterbottles. ive caught minnow, crawfish, tadpole, among other things. good memories.

  • @kaldicuct ya...good memories! :D

  • i use the exact same trap here in the US Texas. I didnt look it up or anything, just went over simple facts, the funnel is easy to get into, hard to get out when cut like that. few small rocks to weigh it down, some over ripe meat and a bit of line to retreive it., ive even used big jugs with rocks covering it with a stick to mark where the thing is. good traps

  • @kaldicuct important difference is the bottom is using colanders that releases water easily & hence when you it up...it's lighter & water won't overflow out with the intended catch :D

I bet there will be various ways to make the same trap, it can catch big fish if you use a bigger bottle :D

  • are u singaporean?..

  • @shahrin245 yes :D

  • @simontay78 ahah ok. i can recognise by the accent and im singaporean too. Im going to bedok jetty and use this. i hope i get some tamban

  • @shahrin245 LOL okie! :D for bigger fish use bigger bottles, u can get those big mineral bottles I think :D square ones the best :D

  • @simontay78 how would i get a square one? i barely see any bottles square-ish

  • @shahrin245 Hmmm The one I shown in this video is a bit squarish on the sides, it's the type big supermarket sells as mineral water :D it's hard to find I admit.

If you can find better bottle alternative do share your source :D

  • Comment removed

  • the fish never entered the bottle....cant ya see the black spot ??? those are the fish aand when he pulled the bottle up they got caught .....XD im so intelligent

  • @MrLocos2 LOL bro those black spot gather because I had been throwing rolled up bread into a ball into that area :D the fish gathered for about 10 minutes above & in the bottle before we pull it out of the water :D

try it out yourself with the bottle design :D

  • that is cool nice vid

  • @Dylan13itches Thanks!

  • why u want such a teeeeeennny fisk like tat

  • @gegar911 this can be up sized to a bigger bottle or use the small fish as live baits :D

  • @gegar911 Bait fish.

  • holy shit

  • @MrBender900 lol

  • These fish are used to eating bread thrown into the water by people taking trips to the park.....i dont know how successful this would be in the wild

  • @heeh2 That is probably true, in the wild it's hard to say. For the sea...even harder :D

  • @simontay78 it works in the sea...

i got some fingerlings from the sea, raised them in my pond in the back yard...

you can also breed the little ones.

some fish lay up to 2 million eggs at one time~

  • @ycats1000 That's amazing!! :D I guess many people can follow your methods too! :D do share your fingerlings raising tips :D

  • @simontay78 feed them brine shrimp, they'll grow hardcore

do a search on raising brine shrimp in youtube

  • hahaha yep deff a bible thumper

  • fish killers!

  • @PACER2320 Muahahha nope, it's a invention to help people catch small live baits but no those small molly fishes from rochor canal in Singapore are not really restaurant quality :3

  • how did u make??

  • @garrette94 See the video description hehe I placed a link on the instructions on how to make it :D

  • what was the bait

  • @divad55234 White Bread without the side crumbs, rolled into a ball

  • omg is this in galston uk

  • @snailandacake nope :D in Singapore

  • excellent

  • 0:36 HAHA look those bastards >:D

  • malaysian chinese super smart!! lol walao!!

  • @chongoonchua Haha I'm Singaporean

  • i go into the water with a net

  • @visualkeirockstar bastard

  • what did you make it out of?

  • @99superthinh A big plastic mineral water bottle, metal colander (wash veg or drain water from noodles), fishing lines, scissor and a little trial & error.

Go to the link in the description for more information :D

  • dang

  • puro pupo

  • is that a funnel trap and would it also work for land animals like snakes

  • @TheInventor24 I think you can use for snakes but not effective? Not sure but I heard it's illegal to trap land animals with traps for long period of time due to some laws against animal cruelty. I think...don't leave a trap unattended for long period.

  • I like your fish trapping ideas. Are those tambans??

  • @miiigoreng I believe its molly fish :D

  • yo go buy a castnet stop bein a wanker

  • what bait did you use?

  • @straightbaseball White bread rolled into a ball :D (I had answered most of the questions in the comments previously :D)

Anyway, you can find instructions in the link hidden in the descriptions.

  • @simontay78 best bait ever! :)

  • going fishing later today and tomorrow made three of these. One from a funny shaped shampoo bottle one from a water bottle and one from an apple juice jug. . What i saw you do was put like wire from a strainer on the bottom what i did was put cloths under the bottom of one and then i just made for tiny holes in the bottoms of the other. I'm using shrimps an conch as bait as I'm in saltwater here in the bahamas . wish me luck

  • @bahamaschickens Good Luck!

  • how did the fish get in was it like those other minnow traps u see where a pop bottle top turned upside down so they can get in but cant get out?

  • @PrivateScrappy If you check the link in the description, you will find out that the trap cover is a inverted bottle top hence when the fish goes in, it will be harder to swim out.

The next new stuff is the bottom of the bottle is able to drain water out making the trap 100% effective without any fish swimming out of the bottle plus it's lighter to put out of the water :D

  • @simontay78 yeah thats what i thought i was just hard to see.thanks!

  • Comment removed

  • how long did u leave it in the water?

  • @jmanbarry Total about 15 minutes however before putting the it into the water, I had thrown bread rolled into a ball into the same spot of water every few minutes to gather the fish into on big location...then gently lower the bucket & repeat the bread baiting over the top of the trap. Remember the fish can see your shadow so try not to lean OVER the trap.

Relax & let it take time to gather a host of fish eating inside the trap before pulling it up.

You can put there no more than 1 hr

  • what did you use for bait?

  • @jmanbarry white bread

  • @simontay78 .... yes I mean inside the trap container.

  • @icefisherman5000 I did put some white bread rolled into a ball, no crumbs

  • Did you put any food for minnows inside the container /

  • @icefisherman5000 you mean inside the trap container?

  • type "weke iceman" to search fisch trap that win 15 times trap fishing worldshampionships

  • are those fish too small to keep areas like the US?

  • @bestSVMS

Nah, they are minnows, not fishes =P
