No matter how good your garlic sauce is, it's not gonna be worth the pain of watching your video. You think people want to watch you bashing garlic and talking rubbish for 8 minutes? Edit your video!!!
Oh yeah, for those who were looking for a garlic spread, like a mayonaise type garlic spread, you can do it by smashing a whole cluster of garlic, have 1/4 cup lemon juice and 2 cups of canola oil, and 2 egg whites, use a hand electric beater put garlic with one teaspoon salt, and lemon beat well and add oil slowly (SLOWLY as in drizzle slowly into bowl contineously beating at medium high, you will see it gets white and thick add egg whites, and oil and lemon till done.
Like I said, doing it with a pastel and mortar smashes the garlic to a fine pulp, adding sea salt to it while you smash it gives it taste and preservation, adding the water makes a base so you can uniformly cover the meats and veggies you are cooking, it is not a sauce you add to cooked food but before or while your cooking, soups, meats, veggies, etc etc. I also like to top my sirloin burgers with this and teriaki sauce when I plate it too. The trick is to eat as much as garlic as you can!
i would add some parsley to it

is that a slab of leftover stone from your kitchen countertops hanging on your wall as an art piece? if so, that's pretty neat.
