Well, don't plan on completing the entire game in a couple of days.
The main quest line is rather short - I tried to see how fast I could complete it, and it took me about 9 hours, just playing, skipping all dialogues and stuff like that. If you actually want to play and experience the main quest line, it will take days.
And then, if you want to complete ALL the side quests, that will probably take some months, even if you skip dialogues, cutscenes, etc
Ive had it for over a year and havent made it to lvl 10 yet. and i play almost everyday. I could beat it in a week like I did FEAR...but this ones beautifully different...I dont mind starting over all the time because I know im getting better at my character creations. Figuring out the inner workings of the game and using them to your benifit takes some time. But you can tank through the whole thing just as well....and cheat *cough*
i have a suggestion just to help people who dont know about the peryite quest. if you do it the people will become mortal again. which means they are KILLABLE. If you will can you put that in an annotation just to help other people out.

you can just duplicate your arrows with the "scroll duplication glitch" if your running low on them
