The thing is, she had no idea she had the solo until just before. This is an educational theater company for teens and the director didnt announce who would be singing this until moments before the song. Hence the terrified look on her face and occasional off- notes.

OMG! I know her! My girls and I saw Steph Hogan as Joe in Little Women at Peacock Players in when she was in high school. She was incredible! AMAZING stage presence! I heard she's a musical theatre major at Carnegie Mellon University now. Can hardly wait to see her on Broadway!! Go Steph!!!

She has an amazing voice that only needs a bit of tweaking so she knows where to add/not add her vibrato and sharpen a few of those flats. But seriously that's no average singing voice. The quality in it is unbelievable and she has a beautiful, mature and powerful tone. I don't doubt that she could be on broadway if she worked for it.
