  • So Hal was playing the lead role in the biggest gay TV show in history, and he never watched a few videos of two men having sex to learn how it's done? That it would be such a surprise for him to learn that men can have face-to-face sex? He should have forced himself to watch two or three gay pron videos to at least educate himself on the topic - he was playing a gay man, and an adamant bottom at that, after all.

I feel like he now regrets taking on this role in the first place.

  • I find this episode slightly annoying in that no one acknowledges the UK version of Queer As Folk. Thats where alot of the great writing & characters came from!

  • Hal Sparks seems gay to me

  • Too bad he's straight.

  • Okay, I may have misunderstood, but when the sexscene between Ben and Michael was described, and they said "I had no idea gays could have sex face to face" - wasn't that how Justin's first time with Brian was?

  • i love Ant he is soooooo gay lol

  • Gale and Randy wouldn't have been comfortable about doing this interview, so it's just as well that they're not there. And besides... All the others are such interesting people, so I don't even miss them that much. I have to say that I LOVE Scott Lowell!!! He's so funny and cute and handsome

  • Why would Gale and Randy be uncomfortable?

  • Good question.

  • What happened to Randy Harrison and Gale Harold?

  • Does anyone think the gay actors get excited when doing a sex scene?

  • Where in Kentucky is Hal Sparks from?

  • -"I have no idea gays could have sex face to face"

    -"I HAD NO IDEA"

-"But I learned on this show, I can't tell you!"

    jajajajajja I love them!!!! <3

  • sorry but this entire part of the convo about sex scenes....omg...randy and gale should be here considering gale had like 95% and randy had like 80% of all sex scenes

  • yeah i was thinking the same thing.

  • Sometimes I want Ant to shut the hell up is that wrong.

  • haha it's not wrong at all. i think the whole thing would be better without a host. it's like henfeels like he needs to jump into the conversation or be left out completely. he's just distracting

  • i love this

  • i am so grateful for you uploading- i myself never liked dr.david- i always thought he was a wanker

  • The word certainly applies to the character.

  • @beaks i never liked david either. i don't know what a wanker is but yes i would say he was a wanker. he just seemed to stuffy to be with michael. from the moment they got together i was waiting for them to break up and then when they did i was so mad when michael decided to get back with him. i'm so glad he meet ben because they make a great couple and ben would never change michael like david tried to do.

  • thanx for uploading it

  • So the rumors are true that the guy, who played David was "difficult to work with...

  • Yup. No one is saying but it sounds as though he had big hetero issues playing gay explicitly - why the heck did he read for the part then?

  • yeah seriously. it's not like he didn't know what he was getting into. the show is called QUEER AS FOLK. i never even liked david's character. the episode of King of Babylon where brian is mocking david and mentions "wishing he was straight" i was like, yeah, that's the vibe i always got from the character.

guess that was the actor seeping through.

  • whose David?

  • The Canadian actor who played Mikey's boyfriend Dr. David Cameron in Season 1 of Queer As Folk - his real name is Chris Potter.
