If this looks incredibly dodgy (considering that they're a whopping 50 lbs away in MMA fighting weight), keep in mind that this was a bout in the 2005 ADCC "absolute" openweight division; Roger at least had also competed in the 88-98 kg division that same year.
This is part of Roger's run of submitting every black belt opponent in the 2005 ADCC as a black belt, both in his weight class and in the absolute division, and he repeated it in the 2009 Mundials (World Jiu Jitsu Championship).
