@GrandeSalvatore96 Well, like every house, that is your debt. Your mansion is worth 900,000 bells now. Your house isn't gonna change once you pay it off, but I suggest paying it off, it's nice not to be in debt. Then you can start saving your bells for things like furniture and stuff for your town :)

@HumMyName You have to get the biggest shop Nookington's and there's a hair salon in there! im pretty positive you have had to connect with some (either ds to ds or wifi) to be able to get this shop. You can go to websites like animalcrossingcommunity and they have little "guides" on how to get certain hair styles.

How long did it take you to get that last payment? of 900k? i used action replay when i was younger and i just found my ds again so im playing without action replay. It took me one day to get 120k..so im guessing it will take more then a week.

@xxCuttiePiexx1 It's helpful to have friends to help you. For me, Id maybe have half of a set in my catalog and they would have half in their catalog. Have them order stuff for you and just pay them back. That's what worked the best for me. Look in your catalog to see what set you have the most of and make a goal to finish that series. that's what I did! ^-^

Yes you do use action replay. You cannot grow trees right next to the concrete! I know you might not have used it for your house. But i have been playing this since it has come out and i have tried planting trees right next to concrete and u cannot

ooooooo nice house :O... lol i restarted my town soo many times(i think like 6) but in like 3 days i got the mansion xD... and still have 3m left over. Easiest way to make money is the turnip trade >:D. Buy turnips from joan on sunday from 6am-12pm then save them and have someone else look for rlly high turnip prices (about 300-900) and have them keep their gate open and u just sale ur turnips buy more and sale again. Currently working on making hybrid flowers xD
