1. I disagree its a misrepresentation because I did not say that its real, (I neither confirm nor deny that its a real plane) I just "put it out" for anybody to see. I did not explain more on it, it is up to viewers on what to deduce.
2. I do not expect many viewers, if do not like it, then just close the whole video. This video doesn't say "You must watch it" does it? I don't even give a damn if nobody watches it. This is MY video after all.
why lie? if you wanna post a recording of you playing with a flight simulator, say that's what you're posting. "but i won't get that many views!" you're right. because it's not that exciting. post something view-worthy if you want more views.
What lie?? Of course its from a flight simulator game. This video is meant for the flight simulator gamers community therefore if you don't belong to it you don't have to watch it. I never said it was real.
@timothyngim You implied it was real. The title and the description mention absolutely nothing about this being from a flight sim, and from a thumbnail, you can't tell it's from a flight sim. The title "B747 does acrobatic stunt" implies that the viewer is going to see a video of a boeing 747 do an acrobatic stunt. Your description mentions a specific airline and airport as well. None of these things say "this is from ____ flight simulator." in any way, shape, or form. Pure misrepresentation.
@timothyngim To further my point, imagine this analogy: you respond to an ad of me selling a car. In the ad, I say I'm selling a 1998 ford escort, 150K miles, standard transmission, working AC, power windows. I mention also that I've driven it daily. You come and check it out, drive it around real quick, and buy it from me. Then randomly the fuel starts cutting out. A bit more down the road, the battery dies because of a bad alternator. But I didn't lie, right? Wrong. It's a lie of omission.
@timothyngim you missed the point entirely. I'm saying you have misrepresented via title and description what the video is about, and I'm saying you did so deliberately. Yes, it's an accusation. If you had meant it only for those who wanted to watch flight sim videos, then you would have mentioned ***somewhere***, preferably in the title, that this was a simulation, instead of luring likely most of the 17,156 viewers in here thinking they were going to see a snapshot of reality.
Not guilty. 1st, I NEVER said that its a real plane neither did I say it was FS. Therefore its general, which is not against the law and is of course not misrepresentation.
2nd, this is not your house, this is the public arena, just because you have no sense of humour doesn't mean that you have the right to post here
3rd, If you feel tricked by it, and are so stupid/robot-minded to argue on whether its real, then get off youtube. This is not your house, its public.
@timothyngim do you not understand the concept that it is misleading in certain circumstances to omit key pieces of information? do you not understand the dishonest nature in purposefully neglecting to share critical information in relation to a particular topic?
@timothyngim and in a way, you are selling it--but for views, instead of money. on youtube, when you (general "you", not *you* "you") post a video that you want others to see, you're typically going to give it a title that you believe will garner enough attention to click on it. It's a bad sell if the majority of people who come to watch your video get something entirely different from what they expected. It demonstrates a clear attempt to trick viewers.
Watch a Pre-January 8th copy of Inception. Listen closely when the actors say imagine, reality, safe, and envelope, or point pistols. You'll hear the words, Loughner, offin' her, part of the word Giffords, and much more. Some even say they hear, do it.

Imagine this analogy: This is not an ad for you to "respond". It is just a "public announcement" as there is no selling here. It is for display only.
