Holy Dive Ahhh! Dude looked pretty smooth ,dive roll wise! At these bike parks the jump transitions are created with a formula transition and trajectory ,this kind of thing is a crap shoot .It amazes me Josh Bender wouldn't groom a landing on some of those big stunts . This jump looks like it would shoot you straight up ...but i guess not!

As soon as I saw the jump I could tell its too steep.

I got bucked off a similar jump and nose cased hard. Full scorpion into the ground. Lucky I didn't break my neck/back.

I hung up mtn biking after that and numerous injuries. For some screwed up reason I though " A dirtbike would be better!".

@DangerousProductions also the angle is too steeply. you need time to get your sense of balance back and at such a high angle won't let you. or you know this part and know how to move... but it doesn't seems so with that guy in the vid

@Massakah666 True, on a flat surface though that angle would be correct for standard dirt jumps, if it was a longer kicker it would send you high which is perfect for sets of doubles. On a gap though it should be angled slightly lower and longer especially as there's a slight drop to the gap. I do know what I'm on about to, I lived in a freeride park for a summer and was the head trail builder, I tested everything we built first and learned the hard way. The park is in a few of my vids.
