  • Very impressive for stock! I can't wait to get my hands on that new motor

  • I saw that video of the Chevy break his drive shaft or u-joint. I would take that up as a warranty issue. My reason being in the first 50-75 feet there is less drag on the sled than there is pulling my 11,000 lb 5th wheel, not even close. Unless he had a manual tranny and revved up & dumped the clutch, then there was something too weak. My truck has an alum drive shaft too, about 6" dia, don't know the wall thickness, that was my only concern.

  • It's not as hard as you think, at least my 20 plus years of pulling lets me know this. This is my 4th street truck and every one of them were pulling before they turned one month old. When I sold them they had 80K, 65K and 145K miles on them and did not have a single problem. I'm probably jinxed now though, lol.

If you start before you hop, the wheels, it's just a straight full load pulling hard. It's a lot easier than yanking stumps out of the ground.

    Since this pull, I've got a 1st & 2nd too.

  • @FORDTUF1 yeah your right but it seems everytime i go to a pull these guys have 50-60 grand trucks and at least two break something important and get towed home. great truck though

  • @FORDTUF1 is it true it can take up to 40k miles for the injectors to break in?

  • power strokes r awsome but if i was gonna buy a 60 grande truck i sure as hell wouldnt do this to it tht sleds pulling hard on tht truck

  • john thorogood is driven that powerstroke

  • Bad To The Fuckin Bone!

  • Very nice bad ass truck! I just bought 2011 F-250 Fx4
