This is truly melodic and harmonic as applied to the drumset. Listen from 0:28 to 0:42, it does sound like two drummers. Total independence, very hard to achieve w/out years of practicing. Terry is doing HIS thing. He si not into playing 4/4 No reason to compare him with Jordy or Neal. Let's just appreciate each artists in their originality and contributions to drumming. Modern drumming has been around for almost 80 years and will continue for many more to come.
Excuse me.....but this isn't a regular crowd, or rock concert. This is a totally different situation. Learn to get your facts right. If this were a rock concert, and Terry was playing in a band situation his solo would be much much different, and geared toward the audience. Bozzio is a monster live when playing in a band. You're confusing two different situations, and two different types of crowds. Bozzio is one of the greatest entertainers of all time. What he is saying is a 100% wrong.
Just the fact you would mention some stiff like Joey Jordison in a Terry Bozzio video shows how little you know about drumming and music in general.
Terry is an absolute master and world reknowned as a drummer and percussionist. Joey is Slipknot , some gay metal band from the U.S. kids listen to.
If you prefer the latter, you fall into the gay U.S. kid catagory. If you prefer the former, you enjoy music and an independently great musician/percussionist/ drummer.

i half agree with you... as an entertainer... what you're saying is 100% true...
but you got to understand, not all musician are entertainer... some people do music for the sake of the music it self...
however, talking about enjoyable, that thing is really subjective, i mean different people got different taste...
for me, Terry Bozzio does not make me leave my seat, i'm not even blinking my eye...
