Where else can you go to ski 9 ski resorts in under 45 minutes, or a 3 hour drive to Arches National Park/Moab area, or what about the 40 minute drive east to the extreme Unitas Mountains, did I forget the several hundred lakes to fish and swim?

The crime rate is low so theres not much cops around. everyones bored so there are constant parties. people forget that Salt Lake is a major city and any major city has its good and bad parts

For your information "1982RRusso". I've been a Mormon my whole life and Mormons are not devil worshipers. We just have different beliefs and standards that non-mormons find wierd. But most mormons are way nicer and friendlier than most non-mormons.

lol i live in utah about 15min from slc and it is awesome on sundays you could dance in the middle of state street in downtown and it would be like i am legand except for the people who are not mormon like me!!!!!! i hate mormon people but they are so nice lol

I have lived in Salt Lake City practically my whole life and I have always heard it called DOWNTOWN Salt Lake City. No one who knows Salt Lake City calls it "uptown". Maybe it is you that needs to get your "stiff" straight.
