arnold says he wanted to be the "best". but what is the "best" exactly and WHO is the best ever? its completely subjective, my idea of what is deserved respect may be different from yours. comparing yourself to other people and going through life with the idea that "i dont feel good about myself now, so i need to do things like improve my body and make tons of money and ill feel better about myself" completely goes against the idea of self-esteem.....an ego-driven life-style is pointless

You realise that when Mr. Schwarzenegger refers to Austrian socialism, he is talking about the situation before he came to America, i.e. the 60's. Interesting video.
@samm1809; The Milton Friedman referred to here was born in 1912 and died in 2006. It is rather unlikely that he would have played Schwarzenegger. ;-)

@samm1809 austria is a capitalist nation, and has as many socialist institutions as the usa. socialism in the usa: military (govt funded private contractors), department of agriculture (govt subsidies to farmers), department of energy (govt subsidies to fossil fuels), medicare & medicaid, welfare, state pensions etc. community/collective funding (tax revenue) of individuals/industry/business IS socialism

@RaptorN1: do you even know what socialism is? Maybe countries like Switzerland are social democracies - maybe you could say that. But SOCIALISM is something totally different and as Arnold said it means the Government is controlling all the companies and is controlling exactly what is produced, how much of it and what it costs. Everything is owned by the Government. That's simply not the case in Switzerland or Austria etc.
