I love Krystal. I have a passion for drawing anamal - humans, I draw her a lot. Mostly from Adventures, but now I am working on her in her Assault form. This is a very good reference! Thank You for posting this! I find it very hard to draw Krystal in her Assault form. I just cannot master how her upper body is sort of short, you know? And her legs are...like long? @NinjaOnANinja Well...there are various degrees of anthropomorphization. Some anthros have completely human bodies, but animal ears. Others look like animals standing on their hind legs and talking. The most common feature I've seen is that the eyes are distinctly human in spatial relationship, even if they are still colored or shaped somewhat like an animal's. Krystal is my preferred kind of anthro: she looks animal-like, but with a human body type.

You must have counter findings of your own. Common sense is fine for many things, but now that we have a scientific study that contradicts common sense, you should not hold blindly to common sense, but show why the survey was invalid. That's the way quantitative knowledge is obtained.

@krystalarchive What I mean when I say I question the breath and validity is I would like to SEE this research, how many people were polled, what were the conditions of the poll, etc. It's been shown that even in situations where a person can not be personally identified, they may still lie about shameful things to look better(personally or as a group). you say "scientific" but I've not seen this study. I mean, there are Christian "scientists" "proving" the world is flat and 6000 years old.
This survey's 2009 results report that somewhere around 18% are zoophiles, which is within the margin of error of being equal to the general population (who were also surveyed, canceling the claim that 'furries will lie about it'). The survey continues to be taken year after year, and zoophilia is trending down among furries (13% as of 2011). Keep in mind that the percentages are only the INTEREST in zoophilia, NOT THE PRACTICE of it.

Agreed. I think they should add some of the others too. I am going to see if I can get Starfox Adventures because even though I have a 64 that STILL works. I don't have any Starfox games but I do have a Wii. I think they should also add Mallow and Geno from super Mario RPG and Banjo and Kazooie in there original form from the 64 days of SNS and stuff. Command was such a shitty game... if the AVGN is still around in some years, I know a game that he will review, lol. The controls are awfull, the Arwing of Fox is utter bullshit and the fog of war makes it nearly impossible to complete later missions.

Krystal is playable! My brother showed me how to unlock her! You have to play Mario and make some kind of special jump in stage 3° Its like the Mew-trick in Pokemon 1st generation; it was discovered 5 YEARS after release. Look at the gamecode, there are sprites for crystal, ill give you instruction for this trick as soon as my brother is home again.

You should know that some data wont show using regular compiler.
Even old games ~1990 contain unknown secrets. It often takes me a few weeks decoding a hidden texture in ~2003 video games; game programmers are real pros and they know how to hide somthing when they want to.

I don't know what CCC is, or what a compiler has to do with decoding games. Regardless, I refuse to believe ANY claim until some evidence is presented. I was into Pokemon myself during the five years before a valid Mew glitch was found, and let me tell you, there was no shortage of people claiming (falsely) to have found it. Now, not only is there no evidence that a Krystal character is in the game, but if it were a valid cheat, Nintendo would have told us by now.

Nintendo woudn't end a popular series, or at least not permanently. The series will either evolve, or be mothballed (like Super Mario Bros, which was mothballed ater SMB4:SMW, but is now out of storage with NSMB and the upcoming NSMBW).

Because while their are plenty of scientists out their who manage to fit their faith in with the evidence of the world around them, there is also a group of Christians who DO call themselves "scientists" who do NO science whatsoever, whose experiments start with conclusions, and evidence is made up to support a literal interpretation of the bible.

Until you have a better understanding of religion, it would be best if you don't use it in examples. You are illustrating your ignorance. Don't forget, religion is not the only motivating factor. There are at least two examples I can think of, off the top of my head, where evolutionary scientists intentionally faked evidence to support evolutionary theory because the data didn't fit their view.

@AnarchoElk But even if we skip scientific evidence, I can still counter your argument on philosophical grounds. Namely: furries are far, far more interested in intelligent animals than feral animals. I'd guess that the ratio of greater interest in intelligent versus feral interest to be about 95:5 based on my observations within the fandom. Given this, it's reasonable to assume that 95% of furries would have only mild, if any, interest in non-intelligent animals if given a choice between them.

@krystalarchive The thing is non-furries (for the most part, in the survey (which isn't very scientific) 10-15% of the public is into animals) have no interest in animals, whereas furries do, intelligent or feral indicates something, regardless of fantasy. If a person had no interest in a fox, they likely wouldn't have interest in a fox that talks, you see where I'm coming from? Fact is the furry fandom is always trying to clean its image in the public. So suspicion is natural.

@AnarchoElk While the furry fandom is primarily a visual interest, it is based on the underlying fantasy (read: non-existance) of intelligent animals. Animals are not 'persons' into which deep, complex relationships can be entered (not counting basically one-sided relationships as with pets). If this ever changes (aliens?), there will need to be a lot of thought put into the moral questions (verbal consent, complex emotions, complex relationships, equal intelligence levels, etc).

Agreed. I think they should add some of the others too. I am going to see if I can get Starfox Adventures because even though I have a 64 that STILL works. I don't have any Starfox games but I do have a Wii. I think they should also add Mallow and Geno from super Mario RPG and Banjo and Kazooie in there original form from the 64 days of SNS and stuff. And they should start a Starfox Wii game! That would be epic because I am sure a lot of the fans would be so excited!

Command was such a shitty game... if the AVGN is still around in some years, I know a game that he will review, lol. The controls are awfull, the Arwing of Fox is utter bullshit and the fog of war makes it nearly impossible to complete later missions.

Krystal is playable! My brother showed me how to unlock her! You have to play Mario and make some kind of special jump in stage 3° Its like the Mew-trick in Pokemon 1st generation; it was discovered 5 YEARS after release. Look at the gamecode, there are sprites for crystal, ill give you instruction for this trick as soon as my brother is home again.

Ha ha, no. Sorry. People (myself included) have looked at the source code. Even if there was some secret way to activate a Krystal character, there's no 3D model or texture for her.

I know you know a lot about programming and computer stuff but I am in CCC since 2001.
You should know that some data wont show using regular compiler.
Even old games ~1990 contain unknown secrets. It often takes me a few weeks decoding a hidden texture in ~2003 video games; game programmers are real pros and they know how to hide somthing when they want to.
I could talk about these themes for hours but sorry, I want to defeat Elite Four today and its already 20:35

I don't know what CCC is, or what a compiler has to do with decoding games. Regardless, I refuse to believe ANY claim until some evidence is presented. I was into Pokemon myself during the five years before a valid Mew glitch was found, and let me tell you, there was no shortage of people claiming (falsely) to have found it. Now, not only is there no evidence that a Krystal character is in the game, but if it were a valid cheat, Nintendo would have told us by now.

I agree, I've never played the StarFox games, but I'd like to. Krystel and Blaze (sonic rush, She's a purple fire cat princess who controls purple flames and can turn into a tornado of fire when she jumps, her heeled shoes have rockets in them)

Nintendo woudn't end a popular series, or at least not permanently. The series will either evolve, or be mothballed (like Super Mario Bros, which was mothballed ater SMB4:SMW, but is now out of storage with NSMB and the upcoming NSMBW).

I love Krystal, but I think they make her way too "oooh look at me im so HAWT." But if she is playable in the next SSB, she should have some differences than Fox, Falco, and Wolf, who are all pretty similar. You should be able to use her staff! <3
