Yup, same thing goes with any business. If your company is doing a good job, you might hear a compliment here and there as well as possible continued business. If, however, you piss off inquirers/customers you are guaranteed at least a range of a couple dozen to a couple hundred people will be told about this negative experience and shop else where. It's not like they are the only religion on the block.
