this was a big story in Israel. all the TV stations, all the newspapers were talking onley about that.

police said that they will catch all these 30 drivers (law in Israel obligating a drivier to stop in case of accident on the road and to help). but i don't think they can see the plates of the cars.

anyway, this is a shocking incident.

if i was there,i would stop and take this man in my car to the hospital. R.I.P
