In Afghanistan the US helped the Taliban fighting the russians (via CIA convert operations), and later realized that having a land ruled by mujahedin who have more weapons than drugs is not that good, so they raided Afghanistan (and are currently loosing the war there (like other aggressors did since Alexander the Great)

Come in with a degree, a G.E.D., as an X-ray (Youth Challenge), home schooled, H.S.D. or are you using 15 credits to bump up a tier?

Listen, I really think we need to pull out of Afghanistan because if you look back in history the Soviets got their asses beaten and they were driven back. These people we are fighting have almost nothing to lose, their whole lives revolve around Islam and defending their land to the very last person. We have made strides in our mission though, U.S. forces in Afghanistan are currently giving over the authority to the Afghan Security forces there. But I think we need to just finish up and get out

In Afghanistan the US helped the Taliban fighting the russians (via CIA convert operations), and later realized that having a land ruled by mujahedin who have more weapons than drugs is not that good, so they raided Afghanistan (and are currently loosing the war there (like other aggressors did since Alexander the Great)

While the first one could be justified (even thou' Kuwait is a sovereign country and not a part of Saudi Arabia). It has thou to be noted that Kuwait and the U.S. got allies after the iraqi invasion (before the Us just protected their Tankers in exchange for cheap oil)
The second gulf war is just not justifiable. Invading countries as clear aggressor is never excusable. The Iraq (and Afgahnistan) where non agressive.

PS: Did you ever notice that during the Gulf War the Coalition Forces killed more civilians than the iraqis killed people (civilian and military personnel)
The same is true for the War on Terror.
For the second Gulf War the ratio is roughly 10:1 (iraqi Civilians vs. Coalition Forces) with no civilian casualties for the coalition.

And I would never argue that having civilian losses is unavoidable, but you should keep them as low as possible.
And yes the insurgents hide among the civilians, but what would you do if your country would be invaded and you are low on numbers and material to challenge the invaders?

DU emits alpha-particles, beta-particles and is highly poisonous, especially when breathed (which happens when you pulverize it wit high velocity impacts)
Do your dad a favor and give him some dust-masks (that will help against breathing that stuff)
