Funny, Miley's fast talking ways seemed normal to me before I began reading the comments. Aside from really liking her voice, I think the speed of her speech helps with conveying her content and maintaining interest in her ideas. This speed can be important in a video to overcome the dominance of the visual and get more attention on one's ideas. Others, like sxephil also make good use of fast talk.

@AngelicaMop34 Yes, it seems Miley has pulled back from her more spontaneous and wildly creative ways in her earlier days. She first grabbed my full attention in an early video before I could even see her in the video. There is something unique about her which I have yet to sort out. Altho probably not depressed, I think she is disappointed with so many haters commenting upon her videos. She is probably more sensitive to nasty remarks than many think she should be as "mean Miley."

@NeeenO7 Miley's a teenager, and her clothing is normal. The interview clothes are picked for her. Her performance outfits are "performance" wears. Its not like shed go out in public walking down the street in it. All teenagers, especially 17 years old tend to wear those things. Shes a girl, shes going to act like one.
