Thats not "rice" it's called "Sex Spec" and it is a very popular way of modifying in Sydney, Australia.

Trust me this car is beautiful, i saw it on the street once and it's immaculate, not even one imperfection or mark on it at all.

Also, i'm sure this thing would fly with the setup it has.
