  • What is a good time on this? I've done this a few times now, and my time is usually between 40 minutes and 60 minutes (honestly...when it takes me 60 minutes, it's because I'm doing the exercise while watching TV instead of doing it in the basement...which probably isn't the best way to get it done). But, regardless, I'd like to have an idea of what my goal should be. How long did it take you in real time when you made this video? Thanks! Great video, BTW!
