I've heard that there's an alternate version of this song with different lyrics out there somewhere, but I've never actually heard it, would be great if anyone can find it and upload it. I'm surprised they didn't put this on the re-release of Balance of power along with all the other bonus tracks on there - It's a great song! ELO FTW!!! =)

@Tim26Tim Yeah, there is a version with alternate lyrics (it was on the 12" single of 'So Serious'). I don't have the alternate version though I have heard about 30 seconds of it. I was also surprised this wasn't on the re-release of Balance of Power too. As far as I'm aware, the only CD release this song has ever had was on the Afterglow box set, but that was about 20 years ago, and the alternate version has had no official CD release at all (along with 'Drum Dreams').

@Tim26Tim I have a 128kbits mp3 which I found somewhere online. I'm still looking for a high quality version, it is odd that it wasn't released as they could have retrieved it off a vinyl.

I love hearing these less-well-known ELO songs on YouTube! Evil Woman and Living Thing are great, but that's about all they ever play on the radio. =^[.]^=

I think Afterglow should re- released.

I listened it in 1994. It was a loan from music

bibliotek. Later when I asked it it was mystically disappeared.

This song for example has not been on any

other ELO compilation. This is propably true.

Videos posted to YouTube in July 2008 have screwed up sound, overcompression. You might wanna take those down that sound dynamically wrong and reupload them. Hopefully the bug is fixed.
