Hurrican Katrina is a pure example of the lack of responsibiliy people have in New Orleans or elswhere. It's not the governments fault you're so damn lazy that you died because you didn't bother evacuating yourself. I know I'm being harsh, but if it was my life on the line I would of done anything in my power to get out of New Orleans.
