Sorry to see your X360 flashing 3 red lights. A quick tip. I could be your power adapter. Check to see if it lit yellow and when you power your xbox up it turns to green and not red.
Sorry To be the smart ass here but erm ... its caused by over heating. One of the chips inside vibrate out of place and then after it gets passed a point it sets of that warnning (Red lights) I would recommend a cooler fan at the back of the xbox. My xbox has broke 4 times... But mirosoft will always take it back for free and fix it. Sorry yous but F*CK sonny and there PS3's their gameplay is sh*t in my view,,, And you should all be thankfull that they take the 360 back after you over heat it XD

Have you tried getting your system like I dunno how to describe this, get your 360 like modded or customed. Sure the warenty gone but wtf why do they say that is there a secret. Iv gotten mine modded. I havent had problems with it and Iv had it for a while. If you try it tell me how it went so I know that its not just a case of luck or some shit.
there are 3 generation of the 360 i dont remember the first one but the others are falcon and jasper the jasper pulls less power, its cooler and they also made the cpu and gpu smaller. If you have a jasper your way less likely to get any problems.
My xbox 360 is a Falcon and came out in 08/22/08. so if you have a system that manufactured in 2009 most likely you have a Jasper. You can know the manufactured date on the back of the system.

Have you tried getting your system like I dunno how to describe this, get your 360 like modded or customed. Sure the warenty gone but wtf why do they say that is there a secret. Iv gotten mine modded. I havent had problems with it and Iv had it for a while. If you try it tell me how it went so I know that its not just a case of luck or some shit.

there are 3 generation of the 360 i dont remember the first one but the others are falcon and jasper the jasper pulls less power, its cooler and they also made the cpu and gpu smaller. If you have a jasper your way less likely to get any problems.
My xbox 360 is a Falcon and came out in 08/22/08. so if you have a system that manufactured in 2009 most likely you have a Jasper. You can know the manufactured date on the back of the system.
