The thing I didn't like about this show was that they let really amateaur performers go through. This girl has an good voice, but she would have never made it through a typical Broadway audition. Her facial expressions and head swinging are just really annoying and her vocal techinques are a bit off. I really thought that Austin should have won Danny, Max has a good voice but he's too nerdy for me. I don't think Broadway producers would have cast him if they were doing a regular audition.
There are many thoughts behind that question: maybe they simply could not chance the fact she may have won and she was non-equity - the rest were equity!

Cara Hille did make it to Grease Academy - she was the last girl eliminated before the live shows.

yeah she would have been the better choice. The other Ashley's voice was not as strong as Cara's. Cara should have gotten a second chance

Not being an equity actor like so many of the others hurt. I would have liked to have seen what she could do in the "real show".
