  • @nrubmx They are LOUD!

  • Wow AUWSOME and a very tidey install to looks and sounds great :)

  • @Needmorehorsepower Thanks Scott!

  • How much was the kit Ed?

  • @TheDieselStop It was 460. If you go to the site, my video is featured on this kit.

  • @mrwiggles2 Thanks! I think the original horn is not quite up to par after all these years lol

  • sweet.

  • @bscross32 Thanks!

  • My neighbor and I talked about throwing some on his JD 317...he's so much fun :D But...the 318 is getting a car horn once we get a momentary switch xD

  • @slowride55 LOL That old JD would sure be heard mowing the grass!

  • @edzgarage the 317 is already a beast, and you could really hear it mowing before we rebuilt the deck lol. we're about to hear a JD 420 run because we just dropped in the motor and got it buttoned up last night :D

  • TIME FOR A NEW WINDSHEILD

  • @twisted5abi Yep!

  • alright that sounds really good lol. that ol cummins dont spin over very quick when he goes to start it though. im doing an install similar to yours sometime. also going to install those cab clearance lights on mine and a few decals. but instead of electric solonoids itll have an air pull valve like a peterbilt in it and ill mount the compressor under the hood since i dont really like that racket it gives off lol.

  • ive been wanting loud ones for a while. theyre sooooooo expensive though. 600-1000 bucks for a half decent set up

  • @Titliest07 These weren't that expensive, but they were expensive!

  • my dad has a air horn on his F150.. he mounted small air tank infront of the rear tire and then mounted the horn under the hood and just bought a switch... The air tank doesn't have a compressor on it you gotta keep refilling it with the air compressor... plus he has the switch under the steering wheel so you can scare somebody really easy

  • @SuperDutyManiac They do startle people! lol

  • Sound great. My brother has been thinking about putting some kind of air horn on hos Honda Civic. The stock horn just sounds weak.

  • @fordfanatic100 He will defiantly get heard with these horns!

  • @Dude1yt It would sure get some looks!

  • Nice job Ed. Will hear MO coming now.

  • @Chooman69 We could hear them from the high school at our house... LOL!

  • I need those!!! Good job, nothing says get the heck out of my way like a set of air horns!!

  • @CDNBadass Thanks Jeff!

  • "he will be heard" indeed.....

  • @1968hambone LOL He sure will HB. Thanks!

  • you should do a vid of his subs.

  • @gokartsRfun We just might. Thanks!

  • Great job very clean install. Love the pull cord activation!! What is that like a 150-180dbs? or something

  • @2LateIWon Thanks! It runs at 150psi.

  • @2LateIWon Sorry, that is the compressor. The sound is 150 dB+

  • Big rig horns aren't always appropriate, but on that truck they really enhance it's image.

If Masteroutdoorsman grows bored with those then he can move up to a locomotive horn. Not the Hornblasters version, those are tamed down for sensitive ears. A real, actually surplus Nathan/Airchime horn :-)

  • @WhoSaidTyler Thanks Buddy! He was looking for a train horn.

  • I want one now.

  • @ShawnCFarm You need one Shawn... maybe two! lol

  • How do you spell amazing truck? D O D G E

  • @MrBebopKid LOL!

  • Great vid Ed.

  • @VE9REJ Thanks Reg!

  • is that truck a 12v or 24v cummins?

  • @777worldliner 12 valve, 24 valves didn't come out until 99.

  • Nice professional job Ed

  • @2024JayZ Thanks Jason!

  • Great vid Ed. You must have an automotive repair background because you seem to know so much about auto related things.

That Ram is in good shape, do you guys put salt on your roads in winter like we here in Ontario do?

Thanks for sharing this with us.

  • @Erated78 Thanks Buddy! I'm mostly self taught on mechanical things. I'm actually an automotive electrical engineer for 25 years.

We do have salt here and the truck does have some rust :-(

  • @edzgarage goto youtube.co m/ 1puglife and look at the horns he put on his truck a few months ago

  • That was awesome! Now all he needs is a CB radio...

  • @RockinGuy1994 Thanks! He has one... a vintage Cobra 148!

  • @edzgarage I have a cobra sound tracker. I need a mic for it

  • i need those horns for people blocking the fast lane . lol

  • @500passwords LOL These horns would get their attention!

  • what kind of cb does he have in his truck?

  • @CHEVYDURAMAXDIESEL1 A vintage Cobra 148

  • I wish i could have a CB with a PA speaker in my vehicle, but i would get myself in trouble saying "Get Your Head Out Of Your Ass!" in traffic too much.

  • @craig1974 lol You can put some air horns on your truck and basically say the same thing!

  • Nice installation Buddy!! I used to have a Blast with the horns when I had my Big Rigs!!☺

  • @805ROADKING Thanks! He's having a BLAST too!

  • is that cummins auto or stick?

  • @yz250raceer Auto

  • @WalkerTreeFarms I agree!

  • Nice Horns.. Would LOVE to be with him the first time some idiot pulls out in front, I hope he HANGS on that string... I used to have a pair of "Fiamm Electric Horns" on my F-250 truck.. When I honked, it was both Fiamms, and both stock horns all at once.. Not a pleasant sound since they were severely out of tune.. Great Video, and Great Set of Horns..

  • @vidman008 Thanks Ron! He can't wait for the first person to even hesitate at a light! lol

  • @edzgarage .. Horns will be saying.. "Hang Up and Go" in a BIG way!!!!

  • @vidman008 LOL!

  • Love it! That sounds fantastic. I've got a Grover Truktone that I'd like to put on the truck at some point.

  • @oldchevy4x4 Thanks! They sure are attention getters.

  • NICE!

  • @pimpinpenz Thanks Buddy!

  • great job! looking to put some train horns on my ram.

  • @superdznuts99 Thanks!

  • Well, that's a lot to install but the results are awesome. Cool job

  • @MagicCadillac Thanks Kay!

  • awesome ed

  • @naterade21 Thanks Buddy!

  • nice

  • @tedhaze1 Thanks!

  • I should mount some of them on my grand am. lol! I may not be seen but they will hear me

  • @gple87 lol You will sure surprise a lot of people if you did.

  • That is soo awesome. love how you mounted every thing under the head liner. Nice and neat. Do they make thoes with a smaller compressor that i could mount under the hood of like a f150 or a tundra?

  • @IHcubcadet Thanks! They have the compressor and tank separate if you have space limitations.
