They would spam red shells and blue shells like crazy. So what I would do is stop snaking and hang near the back until I got a star. I'd tail the hacker until we're near the finish line so then I would use the star n snake like crazy. It actually worked.

I've faced a few hackers on Mario Kart DS.

Hacker: Someone who is horrible at a game and uses cheats/hacks just to be ahead of others.
Being able to be a (good) hacker is definitely pro.

i once was in a game someone was hacking i was so mad i got hit by things like 100 times and they kept picking the places
