Disability? what disability? His mind probably sees more beauty than most of us who can see with our eyes.

What's amazing about this is that he gets the general pitch patterns with the right hand, and keeps time with the left hand. A kid this young usually will not have a notion of highs or lows in relation to pitches. Later on in life, he was found to have perfect pitch as demonstrated on youtube.com. It is interesting that Nobuyuki still kept some of his mannerisms in adult life. It leads me to believe that we are born with certain propensities!!
