i like the place where the intro is... and where u r working out at....looks professional..how ever...and there is allways a but....the wind factor is a hard thing to deal with ...looks good...a suggestion....try some low leve music..in the back ground...it might help with killing the wind and the instructors panting...lol...shes working hard...

when you can't do it with good form anymore stop... so in your case that'd be after the first 3. there's no point in trying a hard workout that you aren't ready for you'l just get hurt
