Many people here are stupid on the video they clearly said that the full game will be available on the holidays, this is just a demo to show how the unreal engine works on the ipod/ipad, so please listen first and then comment, and i mean how stupid you have to be to really think this was a full game? and many of the people that didnt like i bet they dont own an ipod, and in comparisson whith the 3DS you cant really compare them, the ipod touch is an ipod with a lot of stuff the ds is for games

If they add bots (AI in other words) that shoot from a random weapon,FPS will drop to 10-15 FPS,and it is going to lag really badly.

You may want to stick with 3DS or PSP for mobile gaming.If you want to play UE3 games,get a PC or X360 or PS3.

I hate to generalize here, but this is why I hate so many Apple fans. They all fall for this cheap trick. They all fail to realize that this is a tech demo and has no AI or any crucial elements of a game. They all seem to think that this magically makes iPhone have better graphics than PSP (which it absolutely does not), and they also seem to think that all games from now on will look this good. The point most people seem to be getting is that iPhone is here now whereas the 3Ds won't be available until February of 2011. Consumers seem to be liking $0.99-$10 games when games on a DS or a PSP cost near $30. Though the hardcore gamers won't be budging, most people seem to enjoy an endless library of games than one highly polished expensive product.

I thought so at first too. But then I looked up the iPhone specs (and other high end smart phone specs) and compared them to the recently revieled 3DS specs. To my suprise the iPhone is a significantly stronger device. This tec demo pretty much puts the nail in that coffin as well. You can't argue facts. The 3DS will have much better games but the iPhone is the more powerful device.

I just downloaded it on my iphone 4 and heck, this is pure PS3 graphics, YES no joke I mean PS3 graphic, NO overhype. go close to the walls and you can see the smooth textures, you can scrutinize the ground, the trees and everything looks just so impossible on a device like iphone.. I wonder how they made it possible on the iphone 4 and 3GS.

Epic Citadel isn't even a game, and is misleading in the graphics it can output since there's no models running around, no scripted events, no AI, etc.

it's a step below when Sony claimed the PS2 could do 60+ million polygons per second because they drew a gigantic sphere with it.

The trouble with nerds is they come up with this tremendous tech, yet all they can do with it is dungeons and dragons or yet another alien invasion.

The PSP still has a more powerful GPU than iPhone 4, just look at games like Chinatown Wars on both platforms, the PSP version looks miles better. Epic Citadel has not AI, so it really is a poor demonstration of what the system is capable of. The PSP is 6 years older than iPhone, yet is still more powerful than iPhone! What?! Also the PSP has quality developers, not gameloft.
