Regular and Goofy are the different stances you take when you're on a board. Regular is left foot in front, and Goofy is right foot in front. It depends on what your dominant hand is.

I didn't like the first game, when my dad got me this game, I was disappointed.....but that soon changed. Also I don't have a favor in either series. I think their both good.

Fav Mario character: Yoshi ( I do like a lot of them, but Yoshi just wins.....)

Fav Sonic character: Knuckles (Sonic, Vector, Espio, Metal Sonic, Robotnik are my top faves)

I agree, curling in this game sucks.

goofy means that you stand on the board with your right shoulder facing the snow infront of you and regular is when your left shoulder is facing the snow infront of you, its basically how you stand on a board

Hey, for the dream snowboarding, do offense but, the "Goofy" thing, its a stance. I learned this on a show and you can play in the "Regular" stance, or the "Goofy" stance. There both fine, its just that there different. No speed/agility/difficulty/esyne­ss difference. Also, I just wanted to inform you, so don't get upset. Sorry if I offended you! :)
