What kind of amp are you using? I cant seem to get my sound right. When I turn up my drums I cant hear the music and vice versa. How can I get the music to sound clear while being able to hear my drums as well? How did you do it?

@aaronski3 HI, it was very easy. I use my laptop as a source of music. and then the output from the drum module goes directly back to the laptop. i set the balance between mix in and my drums on the module. the laptop sends out music but at the same time it records the whole mixture already with my drums. pretty easy

hook up your roland to pc with regular cables, plug it into microphone input in your sound card, as for software, i use simple adobe audition 1.5. and there you go :)

i dont know the exact numbers, but i use regular jack cables (either small or big)

i looked it up, yes, it is 1/4 and 1/8, i use 1/4 for my sound card and 1/8 as output from the drums

hey i got the adapter and my laptop does register as a input

but i dont know if this is my computer or not but after about 30secs of recording the sound gets all muffled after a few more seconds later u cant hear any sound

nice, but in the intro and other parts in the song with that snare/tom pattern, the snare hits are flams, and you also put a lot of unnecessary double bass hits in places that should have only been singles.
