  • can u please explain more in detail about the bulb and the temp controller thing. And can i use any fan or should it be for computer? please replay.

  • @Dxb0y9 You can use any fan you have. I just used a computer fan. I used a aquarium thermostat to control the temperature. You need to take the thermostat apart and remove the heating element. Then you connect a 25 watt light bulb where the heating element was connected. I used a 50 watt aquarium thermostat.

  • @gerjanplate

  • i made one using a water heater thermostat and i drilled holes into the thermostat, and now it is very temp sensitive,,,,,, i like your design though

  • Where did you get the water heater eleme

  • @born2timesdie1time

I used a 50W water heater for a fish tank. I removed the heating element and connected a 25W light bulb to it.

  • Yes i used it and hatched 17 quails. The cpu fans are used to circulate the air in the incubator to help maintain better temperature. It works good.

  • your incubator is really good. have u started to use it. do v need to have cpu fan in that. is it really important....
