don't let your left leg dangle you'll stop the wobbling if you fold your left leg inwards when you go on your back. right now you're only using your right legs for mills. youneed to use both legs in order to not wobble.
lol les jambes tendues, ça me semble pas obligatoire, le secret, c'est d'être haut, haut sur le dos, et surtout haut sur les épaules et ensuite tu passes d'une épaule à l'autre de face et tu ferais barrel (sans main) et enfin tu pourrais travailler tes jambes à ce moment. peace
hmm i know the concepts my body just wont let me do it right now. if i do my body will make me so painful it may make me breakmy bones. BUT i say u got it down. i think its your LEGs that u think u need help on right?? hmm al li can say is keep practicing and then spread your legs out mroe and soon u'll get them CLEAN as FUHK!!! hmm sry not the best advice

good but try to go slower then open ur legs wider and KEEP THEM STRAIGHT I MEAN STARIGHT! so yea dont go for speed and lose the form of it....pretty good just lean back more
your mills look good but i would say u should try to focus on keeping ur legs spread wide and keeping them as straight as possible....will help with momentum

What about using your shoulders to spare your hands, and twist as you do.
It's good though, keep doing them and you'll feel like releasing your hands for barrel windmills.
