hi hope you can reply: i want to get a pipe for my hornt 250 but all i have is the standard pipe, i live in UK and i don't know how to mount one onto the standard downpipe.

would a silencer/link pipe for the early 600 hornet fit straight onto the 250 downpipe?

@maxweston1 you have to find a factory which can custom made a connection between header and tail pipe.

hornet 600 has bigger diameter, but it can be fit after some modification.

@tsamikos7 you mean the cb1 rim? just need to refit the wheel bearing!

would hornet 600 rr pedal fit my 96 hornet 250?

I am desperate man, can't find 250 rr pedal here in Irl

@TheBayerA sorry, I'm not sure that new 600 hornet braking pedal can be used on 250 hornet or not.

but 600 hornet before 1998, braking pedal is same as 250 one

@lovesheidi 250 is good . if you start on 150 u will want to change the bike to a bigger one after 6 month but 250 u probably will ride it longer

Last weekend I installed a CBR954 tail light on my Hornet 250 too. It was not easy, but not too difficult either.

May I ask where you got those galvanized exhaust headers? Mine are starting to corrode.

the tail light installation needs to cut a lot of parts for more space, not too hard but needs lots of time and be careful
