COMPLETELY incorrect, different grips are used for different things the main things to focus on when curling, elbows close to the body, your posture, and the negating of swing, and dont be a douche and use a bigass barbell, they have smaller ones that you can actually load just as much weight on let the people squatting or benching have those bars, to the maker of this video, learn to speak first, wif,den, dat aren't words you make yourself sound stupid.

Great tip! I followed along with your video, but since I don't have weights I just had to flex, but I still felt the difference. If I ever hit the gym again, I'll keep your technique in mind.
hahahaha i just tried it! AND WOW IT felt completely different from when i done it the regular way. I THINK 20lb dumbells are just fine. Will i still get 17 inch biceps using the 20lb dumbells or i need to increase my weight? Lol i was feeling it and i only did 8reps Once! LOL
WTF 20 pound dumbells?? HAHAHAH you wont get shit with that, and if you can only do eight reps with 20 pound dumbells you have along way to go to even get ten inch arms
@CorbyFat555 I actually already have big biceps i just wanted to rip them, which they are now doing. Using more challenging Bi cep exercises with 20LB dumbells. See Tea Rexx Gain muscle fast " or better yet search tea rexx go to his page an look at his uploads on the side. an look at his bi cep video its very challenging
yeah ur right, i curl 30 and my arms still arent exactly big, they are in decent shape probably 12 - 13 inches, not that big..... u prolly need to curl 50's to get Big enough arms.

You'll need to also add chinups and heavy back exercises plus DIps and close grip benches for arm size

compund exericses like chin ups & close grip bench are the real arm size builders
this exercises works also but if this were the only bicep exercise you do then...
Do 4 sets of 8-12 reps for bigger biceps
