GOD bless you.. i have high b/p i need something easy to start out with and your workout was just what i need it. i do on my breaks it is easy and you see the results. i been doing it for one month and my b/p dropped from 150/105 to 138/80. again i wanted to say thank you so much.. keep up good work..

  • @MJtvish Yes, this workout can be good for teens. Of course whether its good for a particular person depends on posture and previous injuries. In some ways it resembles gym class calistenics. If I had even pre-teen children I would do this workout with them.

    Well you are correct of course. I was referring to the exercises with no equipment. You will of course need a time keeping device of some sort for making sure you truely do a 10-minute workout. You can actually download some interval timer apps on a smart phone now too.

    I have a bad back n knees from Military service. What do you suggest? I can modify workouts if need be. So far I think this a great workout!!

    Eat organic vegetables, fruits, berries, nuts, seeds, herbs and spices. Drink organic home made juices. If you eat meats make sure they're organic too. The toxins in normal food aren't only toxic but fattening too. Hope this helps.

    Visible in the mirror results should be noticable after 2 weeks of working out if you are going hard enough. Some of that will depend on nutriton as well. You should FEEL results after the first week. You should measure your waist circumference if you are trying to get in awesome shape. That way you have a non-subjective measurement also.

  • I'm 17 yo male, about 6 years ago I separated my shoulder from the joint I think. it popped right back in, but it knocked the wind out of me at the time. I have now regained strength and range of motion with it, but sometimes when I do a push-up it will pop, or if I apply pressure to the top of the shoulder I find that it still comes out of the socket easily (and luckily painlessly). is this something that I should be overly concerned with, or can I just keep working out and keep an eye on it?

    That's ok. It doesn't have to be for everyone. I wasn't trying to make a block buster hit with it, I was just showing a cool workout.

  • @gypsyqueen64 I actually really dug it. Just something totally different. Would be my only morning routine, but this one, mixed in every 3 or 4 days could be really fun.

  • To be honest, yours was just the first 10 minute workout I found that a) didn't link to a DVD purchase, b) wasn't aimed at out-of-shape dieters and c) didn't require equipment.

    I tried it out just now and it felt good! Thanks for the demo, I'll be doing this every day now =)

  • Just wondering if you can offer any advice, or anyone else for that matter. I have the workouts and all down, but my concern is my eating. I don't necessarily eat unhealthy, sandwiches with turkey and whole grain bread, apples/oranges, celery, eggs, chicken instead of hamburgers, oatmeal, water, milk and tea.

    I am 23 about 6'3 at 205 lbs. I am in average to good shape, I just have a few extra pounds. I was looking to cut down while getting good strength and toning....Thanks.

  • this is brilliant mate. loving how you can repeat the process easily and how its fun by changing every min - but i would reccomend showing what muscles the exercise mainly works on to show people what they should be straining (if you havent allready i dnt remember) gd vid keep em coming

  • This workout certainly help you lean down. It is designed to achieve a healthy balanced tone look. Of course much of the lean down or bulk up is dependent upon diet. Eat lean = Be lean.

  • wow! looks pretty good. im gonna try it tomorrow. i travel for a living and it was difficult to get to my personal trainer.

  • This is great for travel. Works in any hotel room. I have another video posted where I use some tubing for a hotel room workout. You might benefit from that one too.

  • There is no way of keeping track. For every person it will be different and it will definitey depend on intensity level. If you are doing it just for Calorie burn you should do it 3-4 times through with a little break in between each.

  • If you keep working each exercise to the max every time you do the workout you will be able to see improvements for a long period of time. Your stamina will increase as you work harder and harder. For nutrition you should be working to cut out the unhealthful foods (most people can identify these pretty well) and eat more fruits, vegetables, and lean meats.

  • You could. It would depend on whether or not you raised your intensity as you got stronger and more stamina and it would also depend on how you were doing nutrition wise.
