it dosnt go through the maxillary sinus like they advertise, it just goes through the nose to nose...and you can use half the bottle in one nostril and another in the other, but if you have structural damage, deviated septum...or enlarged turbinates, or concha bullosa, some people will self medicate with the neti pot to find temporary relief and opening up..but warning if you continue to do this, over time your problem will be severe to the point of intense anxiety, no sleep, and pain surgery.

Lol, there is also a nasal sinus rinse that you put in your nose and pushes it out the holes in the top of your mouth. Clears the passage way where all the draining comes into your throat from you nasal passage.

Yes! I have a Neti Pot..Have had one for about a year. I highly recommend it for everyone. The European's use it as part of their hygiene...It's great for allergies and stuffy noses. It cleans all pollen and dirt and debris that is in the nose...Be sure to put a pinch of iodized sea salt so the salt will pull the particles out...
