Bad form, but very impressive endurance, to keep going a constant speed for a full hour.

Yes he's from Leeds, its a speed record, how many you can do in an hour not how hard you can kick for an hour, it would be hard to get a power level on a kick shield plus judging the power would be different to everyone - so record was most kicks at waist hight touching floor each kick, have a go for 20mins see how you do, must keep over 100kicks per min, cheers

Well, they aren't very good form wise, but it would be hard as hell no doubt. I would like to see full power at least semigood form kicks. Obviously, this guy has the ability, so I challenge him to do so.
